Every smile has a story. At Dr.Aligners, ours began with a simple dream — to make beautiful and affordable clear aligners in Hyderabad, Andhra & Telangana accessible to everyone. Because we believe that a confident smile should never be a luxury — it should be something everyone can afford.
Founded by Dr. Vulligaddala Kranthi Kumar and Dr. Navya Koppula, two passionate dentists devoted to smile design, Dr.Aligners was built with one belief: teeth alignment should always be comfortable, precise, and affordable for all.

Your Smile Journey (Step-by-Step)
Step 1: Free Dentist Consultation
Meet our dentist, share your alignment problems and final smile goals, and learn what’s possible for your smile.
Step 2: Free 3D Scan
Before scanning, we do a professional teeth cleaning to remove stains, plaque, and deposits — this ensures accurate scanning and perfect aligner fit.
We then perform a free 3D scan of your teeth along with some photographs, and advise necessary X-rays for accurate treatment planning.
Step 3: Free AI Oral Health Report
You get a simple report highlighting gum health, plaque zones, hygiene tips, and any risks to address before starting.
Step 4: Free Before-&-After Simulation
See a virtual preview of your expected smile transformation.
Step 5: Orthodontist-Guided Planning
Our orthodontists study your teeth positions, jaw alignment, 3D scans, and X-rays to create a personalized plan that makes your smile beautiful and healthy.
Step 6: Clear Personalized Treatment Plan
You’ll receive a clear treatment plan with treatment duration, total number of aligners, and a video document explaining your smile journey in detail—along with checkup schedule, do’s & don’ts, and EMI options.
Step 7: Fabrication of Your Aligners
Once you approve the treatment plan and confirm payment, we begin the precise fabrication of your custom aligners.
Step 8: Your Aligners Delivered
Your aligners will be delivered within one week, along with a travel case, removal tool, chewie for better seating, and a user manual with complete instructions.
Step 9: Attachment & IPR Protocol
Your treatment officially starts here. If your plan requires attachments (tiny tooth-colored bumps) or IPR (inter proximal reduction), we perform them precisely. This includes etching, bonding, and placing attachments to improve aligner grip and movement accuracy.
Step 10: Attachment Care
It’s normal for an attachment (tiny composite bump) to come off during treatment. If this happens, simply visit our clinic — we’ll re-attach it quickly and safely.
Step 11: First Aligner Placement & Training
Your first set of aligners is placed in the clinic. Our team will guide you on how to wear and remove them safely, and check the fit.
Step 12: Instructions & Support
You’ll get an easy guide covering wear time, cleaning, switching schedules, handling stains, eating/drinking rules, and emergency tips. With the first set, it’s normal to feel some tightness or mild difficulty — this means your aligners are working. As the days pass, the aligners will gradually loosen, preparing your teeth for the next set.
Step 13: Approval & Ongoing Sets
If your first set of aligners fits and tracks well, we will inform you and begin ordering the next sets in batches. You’ll be asked to wear each set for the required period before moving to the next.
Step 14: Monthly Checkups (+ Smart Remote Reviews)
Regular reviews are key to a successful smile. Visit our clinic for monthly checkups, share photos remotely in between, and ensure you see your dentist at least once every 2 months.
Step 15: Completion, Refinements & Retainers.
Refinements are included when needed. Once treatment is complete, you’ll receive free custom retainers to keep your new smile stable. Unlimited teeth cleanings are also free during your active aligner phase.
